📖 Our Story

FreeToolBox started with a simple question: Why can't online tools be both free and actually good?

In our day-to-day work, we constantly needed to compress PDFs, resize images, convert video formats, and format code. Yet most online tools came with frustrating limitations — paywalls, mandatory sign-ups, file size caps, or invasive uploads to unknown servers. We had no idea what happened to our files after we uploaded them.

So we built FreeToolBox from scratch: a platform that is completely free, requires no registration, and puts privacy first. Our core principle is simple — your files belong to you, and they never leave your device.

Launched in late 2025, FreeToolBox now offers 60+ online tools covering PDF processing, image editing, video conversion, developer utilities, and more — with new tools added regularly.
